Walker at 100 at Boston University

Join us for "Walker at 100"! It is an honor to join Gregory Walker, Ketty Nez, Daniel Dona, and Joy Cline Phinney to celebrate Pulitzer-Prize winning composer George T. Walker (1922-2018) at Boston University in collaboration with "Castle of Our Skins."  A question and answer session will follow the concert Friday moderated by COOS co-founder composer/pianist Anthony Green.  Emmanuel Feldman will perform the George Walker Sonata with pianist Joy Cline Phinney, a piece they recording together on the CD "Our American Roots" (Delos 2013). In this performance, Feldman will perform the sonata standing up using his newly patented Tekstand™ cello support.
